HSSC Haryana Police Recruitment 2024 registration update: The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has reopened the registration window for the Haryana Police Constable recruitment exam on Saturday, June 29. Candidates should keep in mind that the registration window reopens in compliance with the high court’s judgment. The last date of HSSC police constable 2024 application is July 8.

 
Candidates, who have qualified under CET group-C, can fill out the application form by visiting the official website, hssc.gov.in or adv062024.hryssc.com. While candidates will have to use their registered user ID and password to log in and apply for the HSSC police constable 2024 recruitment exam, the recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 6,000 vacancies, with 5,000 posts reserved for male candidates and 1,000 posts reserved for female candidates.
  
Here is what notification says:   
 
“Since in the Police Advt. 01/2024, the applications had been called from February 20.2024 till March 28, 2024, and no further process regarding the recruitment has happened, therefore, the candidates who have applied for the Police constable posts through Advt. No. 01/2024 need not apply again. Their previous applications after removing the socio-economic criteria related claims, shall be considered for further process of recruitment.”
 
Candidates, who want to submit a fresh application,  can do so online. The commission has announced that candidates from all categories are exempted from paying any application fee for the HSSC police constable exam.
 
However, candidates will be selected based on their performance across four stages – written exam, Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Physical Standard Test (PST), and a knowledge test. The knowledge test (which consists of multiple-choice questions) carries 94.5% of the total weightage.
